About AdjusterAlly

Who runs this site, what we cover, and how we work.

Last reviewed:

AdjusterAlly exists because of a simple imbalance: when your home burns, floods, or loses its roof, your insurance company sends a licensed professional whose job is to protect the insurance company. Most policyholders face that professional alone.

Why we built this

Our founder, TJ Larkin, spent nearly twenty years inside the industry. He was an insurance adjuster from 2006 to 2013, including several years as a catastrophe adjuster responding to storm damage across more than fifteen states. He worked alongside roofers, contractors, and public adjusters, and he saw firsthand how much difference an experienced advocate made for a family negotiating a claim. From 2014 to 2024 he was a licensed insurance agent in Arizona and California. He has sat on both sides of the claim table, and AdjusterAlly is what he built because of it.

What we do

AdjusterAlly maintains a verified national directory of licensed public adjusters, matched to state licensing records wherever states publish them. When you submit a match request, we route it to a member firm in your state under published rules you can read on our How We Match page. We never sell your data. Our revenue comes from firm memberships, not from your information.

What we believe

A policyholder with a licensed public adjuster levels the playing field. Every page on this site is built to help you understand your claim, your state rules, and your options, whether or not you ever hire anyone.
