Privacy policy

How we handle the information you share with us.

Last reviewed:

This policy explains what information AdjusterAlly collects and how it is used. Last updated August 21, 2026.

What we collect

When you submit a match request we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the state and city of your loss, the type of loss, and any message you write. We also record the time of submission, your browser user agent string, and the page you submitted from, along with the exact consent language shown to you. This record exists to prove what you agreed to and when.

How we use it

We use your information to match you with a licensed public adjuster firm that is a member in your state, under the published rules on our How We Match page. If no member firm covers your area, we hold your request and do not send it anywhere. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or lead buyers. Membership fees are our only revenue from adjusters.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not build advertising profiles about you. We do not run third-party ad tracking on this site.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to delete your match request or tell you what we hold. Email hello@adjusterally.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you were routed to a member firm and want your details removed there too, contact us and we will forward the request.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Consent records are retained as long as needed to demonstrate lawful basis for contact.
