What AdjusterAlly is
AdjusterAlly is a directory and matching service. We are not a public adjusting firm, not an insurance company, not a law firm, and not your agent. We do not adjust claims, negotiate settlements, or provide legal advice. Submitting a match request does not create a relationship between you and AdjusterAlly beyond the matching service described on our How We Match page.
No professional advice
Content on this site, including state fee cap summaries and claim guides, is general information, not legal or insurance advice. Statute summaries are provided for convenience, cite their sources, and may change without notice. Verify anything that matters with your state department of insurance or a licensed professional.
Third-party firms
Member firms listed here are independent businesses. We verify licenses against state records where those records are machine-accessible and label verification status accordingly, but you should confirm any firm license yourself before signing a contract. Paid placements are labeled as such. We are not responsible for the work, conduct, or statements of any firm.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdjusterAlly is provided as is without warranties of any kind, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, which for consumers is zero.
