How we match
When you fill out Get Matched, your claim goes somewhere specific. This page explains exactly where, in plain language, so you never have to wonder who saw your information and why.
Where leads come from
Every lead starts with AdjusterAlly marketing: our state guides, our articles, and this site. We do not buy leads from lead brokers and we do not scrape claim forums. If you submitted a lead, it is because you asked us to match you.
The routing rules
- Commercial-flagged leads go to Top Pick first. If you told us the loss involves commercial property, we route it first to Top Pick members in your state that handle commercial claims.
- Then to paid members by tier, round-robin. If no Top Pick firm fits, or the lead is residential, it goes to paid members in your state. Top Pick before Featured, rotating among firms at the same tier so one firm does not get everything.
- Unrouted leads stay with us. If no member firm covers your state or claim type, the lead stays with AdjusterAlly. We follow up ourselves if a firm opens in your area, and we never sell it.
- Free listings never receive leads. A free listing is a verified directory entry. It does not participate in lead routing at all.
Paid placement, labeled
Firms can pay for Featured or Top Pick placement, and we label it on every listing and every state page. What money buys is visibility and lead routing. It never buys a verified badge (that requires a license check), an editorial mention, or a better rating. If a firm is marked Top Pick, that means it paid and its license checked out, nothing more and nothing less.
What we never do
- Sell your contact information to anyone.
- Send your claim to more firms than the rules above allow.
- Let a marketing relationship change who gets your lead.
- Charge you anything. Matching is free for policyholders.
