While the fire was contained relatively quickly, the resulting smoke damage was extensive enough to significantly impact on our home. The findings of the hygienist's report aligned with Justin’s initial predictions, revealing that a majority of our home had suffered smoke damage. The final settlement amount was over $738,000 more than the initial offer. This increase in funds enabled us to undertake the necessary repairs and restoration without having to come out of pocket.
