You shouldn't have to fight your insurance company to get the coverage you pay them for but it seems insurance companies are a scam. Their real job is to cover as little for their customers as possible and then drop them or raise their rates. When your insurance company is against you hire Apex to be on your side and get you the coverage you need!

Lee Ellis was so helpful from the first day, he made sure my electric was turn back on for the refrigerator's and got a lock box for the front door so contractors and inspectors could get inside. The next day Lee was back introducing contractor, fire inspector and contact for his office. He made sure I did not have to pay for the hotel, his office got in contact with my insurance company and after a week I was in a very nice rental of my choice. Lee was very pleasant to talk with and made sure I was introduced to his boss William, who told me if I had any problems to call him directly.
