Wes. Is. Incredible! I can't tell you how relieving it felt to have someone in OUR corner when it came to our claim when a tree fell on our house. The insurance company (of course) tried to pay the absolute minimum, but Wes was there every step of the way making sure we weren't short changed or fooled by the complex terminology and we got the FULL benefits of what our policy offered. Wes was VERY thorough and kept our insurance company on their toes (which they didn't appreciate), but Wes didn't let that stop him. Not to mention the contractor that he recommends working with is top notch! Wes and Earl make a fantastic team and we will 1000% be using BOTH of them again if anything else happens to our home!

One deals with a public adjuster when things go wrong and it's clear Robert Talton and Wesley Barber at Carolina Claims Consulting understand this. As we approach the one-year anniversary of the water loss in our home, I couldn't be happier I acted on the referral to contact Robert Talton at CCC. The insurance claims process is complex and knowing you have a real and trustworthy advocate on your side is critical and comforting - especially when dealing with a loss in your home. Mr. Talton was the PA assigned to my case and he worked closely with me and with the restoration company to assure a clear and level understanding between all of us and the insurance carrier. Robert's expertise around the process, documentation requirements, dealing with the carrier and ability to navigate the intricacies end-to-end resulted in zero delays to the project, allowing the restoration company to progress as quickly as possible. If you're dealing with an insurance loss, my advice is not only to call CCC, but make them your FIRST call. Thank you, Robert, Wes, and team for making a difficult time and complex process a lot easier and more smooth than I could have hoped, and surely taking an unimaginable amount of stress and work off my plate! I have and will recommend CCC and would use them again - though I hope to never have to! ;-)
