Great company. Layden is the real deal. We finally got the help we needed. Layden walked me through every step of the process. He was great at communicating and surpassed our expectations. Does not answer his calls, does not return texts. Didn’t even bother sending a termination of contract letter just ghosted.

I called for assistance and spoke with a representative (possibly the owner), but the interaction was extremely disappointing. He stated my claim “wasn’t big enough” since it wasn’t a commercial claim, despite the business advertising residential services with photos. The tone and response were dismissive and unhelpful. I initially gave this place the benefit of the doubt based on other reviews, but my experience was not the same. Just from the phone engagement alone, I would not recommend this business. Update: This is what you get when you call this company. Good luck! 👌🏽08/02/25 Last and final update: 08/03/25 After leaving my honest review based on a disappointing phone interaction, the business owner responded publicly with a personal attack, falsely accusing me of attempting to “scam insurance” and calling me a threat to others. For clarity: I called to inquire about help with a legitimate residential claim. I never asked for anything fraudulent—just clear information and assistance. The aggressive tone in both the call and the response here only further confirms why I wouldn’t recommend this business. A respectful conversation would have gone a long way, but instead, I was met with hostility. Let this update speak for itself.
