After a devastating home fire, Stephanie worked tirelessly with us over the course of 8 months to get us what we deserve. My house fire in 2022 resulted in a total loss. Suddenly I had to learn how the insurance process works. My insurance company kept low-balling what they would pay. I contacted Stephanie and she met me on site, explaining my options. She was up-front and honest during the whole process. She had the expertise I lacked and was able to maximize my claim so I could rebuild my house and my life. Once she submitted what the insurance company needed, their payment just about doubled from the original offer.
