I called late in the afternoon, no one answered, so I selected Mr. Terry's extension. He answered the phone during a board meeting. At first he asked if he could call me back but instead stepped out of his meeting to speak with me. I explained an issue I was having with a clients insurance with a roof claim. He was honest regarding the issue at hand and gave me recommendations on who I can turn to next. Next time I need a public adjuster that specializes in fire. Honesty these days is hard to come buy and Mr. Terry is as straight as they come. I Highly recommend.
