As President of an HOA in Florida, we had significant roof damage due to hurricane Ian. Since the HOA Board had little to no experience with insurance companies, we reached out to Daylight Public Adjusting. The insurance company only wanted to provide us only $150k for the 50 duplexes who had wind damage from the hurricane. Well we finally settled litigation with our insurance for the HOA for $4,125,000. We had NO assessments and the homeowners had all new roofs.
