On June 6, 2022, my home was destroyed by fire. It was a small fire, however, in the process of extinguishing it, the fire department deluged the house with water. The major damage was the drywall, flooring, and two of the trusses were compromised. I did not believe the claim was worth enough money to hire a public adjuster so I proceeded to try to handle it on my own. The company adjuster determined the loss for coverage A to be less than 70K. Additionally, she cut off the ALE after 6 months to try to get me to accept her offer. After dealing with the insurance for over two years, I decided that a PA was the only answer and I am so glad that I did. Staci with Experienced Adjusters and Brian Christensen of Coast 2 Coast worked together to get the claim settled. They were a Godsend. I am so grateful to both of them for making the insurance company pay their fair amount. They were also able to get the rest of the ALE for the policy limits. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Thank you again Staci and Brian!

Experienced Public Adjusters is outstanding and in my opinion, the best in the area. We suffered severe damage to our church building from Hurricane Milton and received an extremely low-balled offer from the insurance company. That’s when I reached out to EPA and they responded immediately and painstakingly documented our loss to the penny. This, in turn, resulted in us and getting several hundred thousand more than what we were initially offered from the insurance company. EPA kept us well informed throughout the process and they doggedly pushed the insurance company to get our claim paid for the just amount. Staci from EPA is the best!!

David Dwyer was a Godsend for us dealing with a ruthless bunch at our insurance company trying to take advantage of us and seriously under paying out on our damage ! I can not speak highly enough on David as a good guy and his depth of knowledge was impressive . Thankyou again David , Jeffrey D.
