We had a great experience with 5 Star Claims Ad. We were referred to this company for our denied roofing claim. We call and Jordan came and inspect our roof and explained us the whole process he was very patient answering all the questions we had, with him was a smooth stress free process. He took care of everything so we don’t have to deal with our insurance company. Jordan is very professional and knowledgeable and knew all the answers to our many questions we had, he responds quickly either by text or calls the same day. The whole process was done in less that 3 months. We couldn’t do it without Jordan’s help. I was referred to Felipe by my Roofing company. I was honored and truly fortunate to have Felipe on my side during this process. He is extremely knowledgeable in the insurance industry I can't even think of a question I had that he could not answer. He has been front and center from beginning to end of this process and is even willing to help me after the process is over with insurance questions.
