This company is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I signed with them back in 2021. Hernan was the adjusters I had. He sent a few emails to my insurance company and then tells me "well they just won't budge". They sent me an email stating that there was absolutely nothing more they could do for me and to find an attorney. Then they washed his hands of me. Jan 2026 I find out that they have been stalking my every move. Now that they think I have received some settlement they are like leaches and now want thier 20% for 1. NOT doing what they said they would and could and 2. Stopped all work on my case. They get you to sign with them and then wait for someone else to do the work cause they are to incompetent to do what they promise and say they can do. So they stalk you, follow your every move waiting to pounce for thier 20% for doing absolutely NOTHING!!! Absolutely disgusting, people lose thier while lives like me. Lost my furbabies, my service dog and these people got my hopes up and all they want was find someone else to do the job they promised and then profit. HAIL HILTER should be thier moto!!!!!
I am very disappointed with ICA. They are disorganized and unprofessional- My insurance non renewed because of this, ICA was only after their money, did not really care about the final decision, washed their hands and left me stranded. Do not rely on this company, not worth it.
