Absolute thumbs up from this family. The team from Jansen helped us navigate a home claim (water leak/flood). Once I signed with them, I no longer had to deal with the insurance company. The team built a very comprehensive estimate with strong documentation (they brought in some amazing 3D tech to map the home) and helped us get a settlement that was fair. The team also helped us get compensation for several personal items that were damaged. Additionally, they helped us find the right company to help with the pack-out and they worked with the insurance company to ensure that the pack-out was also covered. This team is well versed with the tactics that insurance companies use to delay/reduce the settlement and they have been more than capable of handling this on our behalf. Their professionalism made this experience so much better for us, I can't recommend them enough. Really glad we found this group.

I had a unique lightning strike claim that was extremely complicated. I was referred to call Daman at Jansen and it was the best decision I could've made in this situation. Daman was beyond helpful and got us what we deserved. We would've been totally lost in this process without him. He was informative, patient and kind throughout the process. The same cannot be said about our carrier. I've already sent his contact information to a few people who have had issues recently with their carriers. I hope that you never need to contact a Public Adjuster, but if you do, call Jansen and ask for Daman!

My family hired Jason Roetter and Daman Garrison shortly after our garage/house fire in late 2025. We lost two vehicles (SUV & F150) in the garage, but our house was still standing after the event. All contents inside the house were smoke-damaged and contaminated with toxins from the hybrid vehicles. The Jansen team performed a complete inventory of all items inside the house, including every AA battery in the junk drawer, and presented a master inventory list. They fought our insurance company for every dime and surpassed our expectations. I firmly believe that if we had not hired Jansen, we would not have received as much money and would have had a lot more frustrations. My family has never navigated a scenario such as this and has never hired a public adjuster, but I can tell you that you want them in your corner!

These days, when you have an insurance claim of significant value, you have to assume the insurance companies will do everything in their power to screw you and not pay. Most people won’t battle and just accept what the insurance companies decide. Having a public adjuster is absolutely necessary and Matt and Damon did a phenomenal job over the course of almost two years where Allstate battled us on the value of a fire. Every step they fought and Matt and Damon knew exactly how to handle them and got me double what the insurance companies offered! I can’t recommend them enough
