We had an excellent experience with Stellar Public Adjustors, and especially with David H. and Karla U. Everyone at the company was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Karla and David took the time to explain the process, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. Having to deal with an insurance claim can be overwhelming, but David and Karla made the entire experience quick and so much easier. They were attentive to the details, advocated for us, and truly made us feel that our best interests were their priority. This team of Adjustors has truly given me a positive experience after what I’ve endured since the 1st of June 2026 with our air conditioning system which was hit by a surge during a storm and our unit is only 2 and a half years old with a 10 yr warranty
