I had a claim for the roof and bathroom damages in my kissimmee property two floors, Citizens initially denied me any coverage but Mr Gambuzza was always honest about all the process and everything went accordingly to it. Carolina was very patient and willing to help me through the whole process with the mortgage and Nicholas was very helpful too he was present at the inspections😊 I’m thankful and will recommend them to all my friends

I had a claim for the roof damages in my house but they completely denied me saying I was under deductible, AAA wad npt gonna pay me at all but The adjuster Nicholas and Vincent and Carolina helped me so much. they were able to recover the money so I could do the repairs in my roof. I reccomend them 101% im elderly and a lot of people make fun of me and steal from me, but they were so honest , Carolina was very attentive with me God bless her do your claim with them

On october 2024, my home was damage by hurricane Milton. The major damage was the roof and part of my floors. I did not believe the claim was worth enough money to hire a public adjuster so I proceeded to try to handle it on my own. The insurance company paid me $1,568 for all damages (very stupid). I decided that a PA was the only answer and I am so glad that I did. Nick worked to get the claim settled . When I got my check Carolina helped with my mortgage (another pain). They were a Godsend. I am so grateful to both of them for making the insurance company pay their fair amount. They were also able to get the rest of the ALE for the policy limits. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Thank you again

Vincent and his team are some of the most hardworking people my family has come across. My grandma had a problem with her kitchen plumbng and counters , Upon doing some research and looking at reviews , he upright with everything I needed to know. Experienced came up and they were great! If you’re looking for someone who will fight for you like it’s their own home, they are the way to go ! This is on top of the fact that Vincent has more than perfected his craft and is educated on all the legalities and “big words” a homeowner would not be accustomed too. They recover what my grandma needed to repair her kitchen and we even had left some money for upgrades
