Veteran Claim Adjusters (VCA) was absolutely amazing in assisting me with my hurricane related insurance claim. Greg S. was the adjuster handling my claim. He was extremely professional and maintained constant contact with me each step of the way. When he knew something, he made sure to communicate it with me. He was amazing!!! What I appreciate most about VCA was that everyone on their team was on the same page, which speaks to how organized they are as a unit. Specifically, Natalie, Amanda, and Chelsea were just a pleasure to deal with regardless of the capacity in which we communicated. They ALWAYS answered the phone, though I didn't call much, I felt as though I could in the event I needed to. Greg was patient throughout the entire process and he, along with the team made me feel as if I was their only client.
