GREAT customer service is hard to get these days. People are quick to post negative but not so many people remember to post the positives. Bellator Claims is a 5 STAR company in customer service & communication skills. Our roof claim was denied after 3 roofers stated there was hail damage (bruising.) I had no idea there are public adjusters to help out in these situations. Nick Larsen at Bone Dry Roofing gets an A+ in customer service for treating us as a potential customer & not just another roof inspection. Bellator Claims was also AMAZING & had our backs through the entire process. I was updated on the status of my claim & scheduling of the inspection on a regular basis. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BELLATOR CLAIMS & especially when you need someone to go to bat for you.

Taylor and Chris were EXCELLENT to work with. The first offer from our insurance company for a hail claim was well below what could be considered a fair settlement. At first, the HOA Board was hesitant to work with a third-party consultant, but it was evident from our first interview that Taylor and Chris were knowledgeable, patient, and experienced. Listen, these guys will fight for you and they have been amazing for me and my insurance claim, they got the insurance companies negotiating to settle my claim, I hope I never have to have an insurance claim again however if I do they will be the ones that I call. my insurance company didn't want to settle anything and they are the only ones that help me and I am very grateful for that. They're very professional and worth every penny.

After many attempts to get hail damage issues resolved with American Family Insurance it became evident that a Public Adjuster was necessary. After receiving a referral we contacted Bellator Claims and glad we did. Working with the professional team of Cris and Casey was a promised and they delivered.
