If you’re in need of the best public adjusters around don’t look any further. They are your best possible choice. From the moment they took on my case till the very end they have been professional, understanding, compassionate and more importantly communicative. If it weren’t for them idk what I would have done with my insurance claim I would have been railroaded and left to pay everything on my own. What do you pay insurance for? If in the moment you actually need them they don’t want to respond ? Well good for us that we found excel adjusters they were god sent can’t rave about them enough they really did go above and beyond for us even when things were looking bad Isaac is the man that will get it done. Simple and straight forward. When we were being treated like trash by our insurance Isaac gave us a sense of hope and possibilities. My family and I went on a trip to France for a week and a half only to come back home to a flooded house. The ceiling in my garage fell and I had severe water damage throughout my home. I didn't know what to do so I called Excel Adjusters Inc before calling my insurance company..best choice by far! I went on a vacation and came back to my home looking like a swimming pool! My downstairs bathroom had a severe leak under the sink and so I called a plumber right away to fix it..2 days later I was connected to Excel Adjusters Inc through my realtor whom I reached out to. Excel helped me open up the claim, get the property mitigated, and even did the full communication with my insurance company! I did not need to speak with my carrier as Excel handled everything on behalf of me. I was able to remodel my entire home. First floor and second! !

I had a water damage from my water heater and did not know what to do! Through a church member, I was introduced to Excel adjusters Inc and it was one of the best decisions I made in moving forward with them! Mr. Park and his team helped me throughout the entire claim... I did not even need to look for a hotel or temporary housing during my repairs because this team assisted me from the very beginning until my repairs were completed. Highly recommend for any property damage! They are extremely professional and helpful!
