Fantastic experience. For the Public took the time to listen to my issue and recommended the appropriate steps. Joe was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process of filing a claim. There were many rules and regulations that I would not have known about, but For The Public simplified the process. We got our claim covered and the repairs done quickly. They even helped us find a company that could do the remediation and repairs. I highly recommend.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Joe Brennan is absolutely phenomenal and Eileen Kirsh is helpful as well. Joe got my claim approved and processed in record time. When you’re dealing with insurance it’s so frustrating but Joe knows how to handle everything. I felt immediate relief when I watch him show my insurance company adjuster the amount of damage while lying on the floor. Absolutely amazing. My claim was quickly satisfied, I received my check and my hardwood floors were refinished. I was so happy..😀 I have referred them several times to a several of my clients who had issues with their insurance company and they always thank me profit for the referral. I would like to share my highest review for Joe and For the Public Adjusters. We reached out to multiple adjusters to help us with an insurance claim and after a week of interviewing different adjusters Joe was head and shoulders above the rest. In integrity, in knowledge and just a great overall person. Joe, is an absolute professional and a man of his word. I cannot more steongly recommend this company and Joe.

Joe with Public Adjusters was a great help to me when dealing with a crooked insurance adjuster for my property. He provided invaluable advice that I otherwise would not have been able to obtain and was open and honest about all his previous experience in the industry. If you have an event that warrants a homeowner insurance claim, you should reach out to Joe and his team BEFORE engaging your insurance company. I did, and it was the best decision to enlist his group of insurance subject matter experts, that represented my best interest. It was a one stop solution, Joe had a damage mitigation team deployed immediately, and their work quality was excellent, he handled ALL interaction and negotiations with my resistant insurance company, and provided a COMPLETE damage assessment was extremely thorough and detailed, and was critical in maximizing the claim. Having Joes team handle the insurance company on a daily basis was well worth the investment. My insurance company came back initially with a payment estimate of only a fraction of the damages and tried to deny restitution for items clearly outlined and paid for in my policy, Joe held them accountable for many of the hidden costs which many insurance company tried to avoid paying. FTPA was able to triple the original settlement offer and cover ALL of the damages to the house. Remember, YOUR insurance company is NOT your advocate, you should hire FTPA to represent YOUR interest. I hope I do not need to, but they will definitely be my FIRST call if have an insurance damage claim in the future.
