My wife and I had a really bad plumbing incident that did a lot of water damage to our home. Working with Palm Partners and our rep Roman Llanes was not only an amazing experience but they literally helped us recover tens of thousands of dollars. To put it simply, insurance quoted me a little more than $20k and their in home adjuster was extremely unprofessional / aggressive. Roman and Palm Partners did an extremely thorough evaluation and found about $70k worth of damage. Once identified Roman produced a comprehensive list and write up of exactly how they got to their $70k number with detailed photos, spreadsheets, and docs. Additionally, I really have to highlight how great Roman Llanes was to work with. He is kind, empathetic, and extremely skilled. Any company would be very lucky to have him and any customer would be very lucky to work with him!!!

Our bathroom flooded, and Abdul Yates with Palm Partners handled everything, fought for our settlement and connected us with a great contractor for repairs. He did a great job walking us through the process and we didn’t have to battle insurance ourselves. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with water damage!

I Just wanted to say that Roman Llanes is absolutely the BEST. We had pipe break back of washer on a Friday night, plumber told us about Palm Partners, Roman came out next morning went over everything, handled all contact with insurance & after battle with them finally got settlement. He even recommended great people for renovations. Thanks to Roman we are all back together. He is one in a million, so nice, easy to work with and very caring. Feel like we would never have gotten through all this without him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM

We had a terrible situation with our home that involved insurance claims. Palm was able to help us navigate the situation, act as mediator between remediation companies and insurance, and maximize what was rightfully ours in terms of coverage. Yes the service costs money but it is well worth the return. I want to call out Joel for being fantastic!

With both claims, Roman was able to increase our payout substantially from the insurance company’s initial offer. Roman professionalism, insurance expertise and great communication alleviated all stress and he went above and beyond to get us the maximum payout.
