Prime Adjustments has helped us out so many times! Will takes the time to walk homeowners through what can be a confusing and sometimes stressful insurance process. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and does a great job explaining the appraisal process in a way that homeowners can actually understand. William from Prime Adjustments was incredible and truly the only bright light in such a terrible situation. Insurance was not budging on their stance, but once William got involved he was able to take our initial insurance payout offer and multiply it by 20 (yes, really)! We hope to never be in this situation ever again, but if we are, we know exactly who we're going with!
