My wife, Debbie, and I are SO THANKFUL for Robb, Tyndall, and Dawn of Southern Loss Consultants! Our home was struck by lightning in September 2024, and we lost everything. The day after our loss a friend of mine recommended Robb and Tyndall to us. The next day, when the insurance's independent adjuster wanted to meet us at the burn site I can't tell you how comforting it was to have SLC there to represent us! We had no clue what we were up against, and it became very obvious the absolute best thing we could have done was to hire SLC! It started that day, and they stuck with us right up to the end, just a couple days ago (a year and a half later), when Robb was able to push for closer with the insurance company. They represented us relentlessly when it came to interacting with the insurance company, and showed over and over again why it is so important to have someone like them on our side. This was definitely a case of "you don't know what you don't know." There were so many things that Robb brought to our attention that we had absolutely no idea was even a part of what was involved, and what we were entitled to. EVERY TIME we needed to press the insurance company into action Robb was there, and stayed on it until it came to fruition, all the way to the end of the process. Debbie and I highly recommend Robb Izzo and Southern Loss Consultants if you experience a tragedy like we had!

Southern Loss Consultants did an outstanding job representing us in a commercial fire claim. Rob is honest and professional. I cannot say enough nice things about Rob. He worked nearly a year on my claim because my insurance company was so difficult to work with. He scoured my policy to determine what I was entitled to. He stayed in contact with me and the builder. He methodologically submitted paperwork and receipts and then submitted them again when the insurance company didn't accept them. When I was stressed out about the project, he talked me off the ceiling and educated me on what I could expect. He recovered ten times the measly amount the insurance initially paid. After my initial insurance claim failed to give me adequate money for replacement of a commercial roof, Southern Loss Consultants were a God send. I had a commercial roof that sustained wind damage and needed to be replaced. The inside of the building also sustained water damage. I called Southern Loss Consultants and was extremely impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. We settled the claim for an amount that we were very satisfied with. I want to thank Rob and Dawn for providing me with a level of service that can only be described as Stellar! Rob went above and beyond what was promised. He took the lead in interacting with my very difficult to work with insurance company and in doing so, relieved me of an extraordinary amount of stress and frustration.
