When Joe first answered my call, we weren't even sure his services suited my needs. An incident occurred shortly after purchasing a new home, and I wasn't sure how to navigate the insurance or the HOA jargon. Joe worked for weeks, reading through pages of the building's insurance, my own personal insurance, and handling all calls on my behalf.
